Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Swaytown, LLC, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality CBD and Hemp products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Cancellation Policy is here to help.
1. Refund Eligibility
1.1. Refunds are eligible within 30 days of purchase and if the product is unopened and in its original condition.
2. Refund Process
2.1. To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at [customer service email]. Be prepared to email a photo of your product.
3. Return Shipping
3.1. If Swaytown, LLC made a mistake by shipping the wrong product or did not meet its fulfillment commitments, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
3.2. In all other situations, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Non-Returnable Items
4.1. Any opened items and any items outside of the 30-day window after the transaction are non-refundable.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1. Customers can cancel an order up until the time it ships out, generally within 24-48 hours. Once the item ships, the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred by returning the item mid-shipment from the carrier.
5.2. If the item is delivered, the customer will need to pay to return the item for a cancellation.
6. Refund Method
6.1. Refunds will be issued to the card or method used for the original transaction.
6.2. Cancelled orders, which are cancelled prior to shipping out, will receive a 100% refund.
6.3. Returned items, after the order has shipped, will include a 10% restocking fee. To avoid the restocking fee, the customer can choose to receive store credit for 100% of the value of the returned item.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
7.1. Damaged or defective products can be returned for a full refund with no additional fees to the customer.
7.2. Customers must communicate with customer service, provide photos of the damage or proof of the defective item, and meet the return requirements within the 30-day time frame.
8. Restocking Fee
8.1. There is a 10% restocking fee for items that do not qualify as damaged or defective.
8.2. To avoid the 10% restocking fee, the customer can opt to receive store credit equal to 100% of the refund value.
9. International Orders
9.1. Swaytown, LLC does not ship internationally at this time.
9.2. Swaytown will attempt to stop any orders shipped to freight forwarders. Please do not purchase for international delivery directly or through freight forwarders.
